Cancellation Policy

At YC Beauty Studio by Yanet, we value our clients’ time as well as our own. To ensure availability and provide the best possible service, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Appointment Deposits

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit reserves your dedicated time and allows us to prepare for your service accordingly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

  • Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. Missed appointments impact our schedule and limit availability for other clients.

Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the reserved appointment time. Deposits cannot be transferred to missed or late-canceled appointments.
